Gameplay: There is no return from Purgatorio

I think the purgatory biome is diverse enough to allow you to play it as if it were a world of its own.

I propose to dedicate 1 PC to an exclusive purgatory game with only 1 alt, disconnected from the others of the planes.

Like this:

1. only at level 1 can you decide to dedicate a PC to purgatory-play
2. at any level you can opt-out, your next respawn will be outside Purgatorio
3. you can only dedicate 1 PC to Purgatorio
4. Purgatorio should be for experienced players
5. you can't bring items in purgatory other than clothes (this is to avoid the un-fun task of collecting spellgems, resetting and entering Purgatorio)
6. only a purgatory PC can spawn in Purgatorio and a non-purgatory PC can't spawn there
7. there isn't a way to a purgatory PC to leave Purgatorio or a way to non-purgatory PC to reach it
8. what happened in Purgatorio stays in Purgatorio
9. everything else remains the same

Just for fun, what about a tweak where one alt per player can opt into a biweekly Battle Royale in Purgatorio. Show up with whatever loadout you want, but you can't leave until you die or it hits the end of the two weeks.

Winner is whichever survivor has most kills, with various tiebreaks (e.g. most levels killed, most ranks killed, most damage dealt).

Stats publicly accessible or announced to all a la Carousel station. Radios can be tuned to announce nightly kills for those who like tracking.
