Weapon: Spellgem as Improvised Thrown Weapon

Spellgems
They do low damage but also have a random* effect when thrown, and a high chance to break.

*Characters who can read spellgems get a fixed effect based on gem type.

- A character who can't cast a single spell, chuckin' gems. Beautiful. I'd also be okay with them having a chance to not do any elemental damage, but just striking with the force of a pebble.

There are plans for more thrown weapons with unique effects, I don't think spellgems will be one of them
