Seeing how the game is distancing itself from the plain flat buffs of yore, I'd like to suggest a way for the AK to function:
They gain buffs based on how close to 0 Infusion a location is. For example:
0-50 Infusion: +2 Damage, +3 Soak
51-100 Infusion: +2 Damage, +2 Soak
101-150 Infusion: +1 Damage, +2 Soak
151-200 Infusion: +1 Damage, +1 Soak
201-250 Infusion: +1 Soak
250+ Infusion: Nothing
They are also able to erect barricades and such if Infusion is 50 or less.

We removed guilds, AK being one of them, for reasons. We aren't bringing AK back, and we definitely are not going to support unfactioned characters banding together to make problems past "Feel free to try!"
