Map: Enhanced Church Functions

Adding functions to Churches such as:
- Improver Prayer
- Gaining MO
- Better search odds for Holy Books (currently, 80:1 for Book:Holy Book)

Mm, nice idea. I could see a function where if you pray as a Shepherd inside a religious building you benefit as if you had Divine Vessel - but only if it's strongly infused to Good.

And whatever the evil equivalent of a church is should do the same for Unholy books.
