Borrowed a scribe pact from another character with 'conjure sinews', but can't seem to use it as a normal spell.
Haven't experimented to see whether this applies to just this spell or others as well.

one pact user (who was good mo so i thought possibly related) also wasn't able to use shadow wrap or dark heart

There's a pending fix for this in the next patch.

Don't know if it's related or not, but Acid Dart (and my other acid combat spells) also don't appear on the pact list.

Acid spells are seemingly still not pactable.
