I've seen something like this happen before on clash.php?op=character&id=14048 too:

Rashnu died twice to different pets in this case. Anyhow, deaths are apparently triggering multiple times and in the case of Pariahs (who like to go KABOOM) this can have devastating effects on - including but not limited to - raiders.

Related to this is that Leila was multi-killed (a frequent occurrence lately) earlier and as a result my ten blessings were sent out three times each, distributing thirty blessings. (In the end, everyone blessed was killed horribly anyways.) Someone else said they saw multiple corpse relics, too, so...

Mayhaps Kemuel was also bitten by this possible bug. Of note, he wears a Jacket with six Durability enchantments on it. Of course it is absolutely possible that he was hit by a very bad streak of luck, but on the other hand, I think this occurrence is extremely unlikely in a single death.
