UI: Button for ending upkeep effects

I would appreciate a button that immediately ends all your effects that drain mp from you over time (for holy champion gameplay).

So you could press a button and end Eagle, Ascended, Ox, Lion, Holy Radiance, and all the various cloaks.

+1 HC end cycling is so dreadfully tedious and punishing if you forget to power down

Also for other classes like Rev's animi or IB's lifting status, this would be nice

HC at least will have a deactivate-everything button in the Aspects and Cloaks dropdowns as of next patch.
